Frank; “Hi Kate, thanks for the message, happy to connect and help where I can. Let me know when you’re free for a chat?”
Kate; “Can you just email me some companies you work with, commission plans and rough salary expectations?”
Frank; “Happy to chat over the phone after work or lunchtime. Really keen to know what you’re looking for, and I can then let you know where I can add value”
I’m still waiting to hear back from Kate!
Having never spoken to her and having zero idea what she wants, what she doesn’t want, what’s she achieved, why she’s looking etc etc, I’m at a TOTAL loss to help. Unless I’m missing something?!
Come on Kate, you’re supposed to do this for a living too – have a word with yourself FFS!
You’re not online shopping or asking AI for information, you’re supposed to have a human interaction and as a recruitment CONSULTANT, we are supposed to consult?!
